PAINFUL ELBOW
CONDITIONS Golfer’s elbow
Elbow and forearm disorder from repeated motions, it is otherwise
called as medical epicondylitis, Golfer’s elbow occurs
when there is damage or stress to the muscles mainly in flexors
of wrist, tendons and ligaments around the elbow joint, other
causes like direct injury such as fall on elbow or direct hit,
poor manual handlings technique such as lifting weight or while
in sports activities especially in playing golf and poor general
fitness results in inflammation and pain in the inner part of
the elbow joint. The site of pain and tenderness is being the
medial epicondyle of humerus. This condition is not as common
